Porsche Central and Northern California Coastal Tour through Wine Country,
Coastal and Forest
The Vineyard Region is excited to announce our Central and Northern California Wine Country and Coastal tour with options for 6 or 8 days. (*Please note, tour is subject to postponement if bad weather is forecasted for those dates.) We are putting together a fun filled package with options that will take you to some fantastic stops in Paso Robles, over the golden gate bridge to Sonoma, Napa Valley, Bodega Bay, Santa Maria, Eureka, Manateca and more!
Limited to 10 openings (10 rooms)
You can choose option A (6 days) or option B (8 days) and options are for single drivers or per couple.
Itinerary for the 6 day tour (Option A) on April 14, 2024 to April 19, 2024 (approx 1300 miles):
Sun (4/14) approx. 300 mi: We will meet up in the Temecula area (location TBD) at 8:30am to get checked in and meet your friends for the next several days. After a driver's meeting we will leave by 9:00, and have lunch in Taft. After lunch we will enjoy scenic highway 58 to Paso Robles. We will have one night in Paso Robles with one hosted local winetasting and a hosted dinner.
Mon (4/15) approx. 270 mi: We will leave around 9am and head up the 101 to epic highway 25 north Gilroy then continue through San Francisco and across the golden gate bridge. We will have a lunch stop along the way then take Highway 1 north to Petaluma for winetasting and then into Napa Valley. We will spend 3 nights in Napa so that we can settle in and visit some wineries and beautiful sites the following days.
Tues (4/16) approx. 125 mi: We will do a wine-country tour of surrounding Napa Valley. We will enjoy 2 hosted tastings at wineries along with lunch and then you can explore on your own afterwards.
Wed (4/17) approx 50-150 mi: Two options for Wed.
1 - We will do somemore winetasting (pay on your own) around Napa and/or Sonoma area OR
2 - optional all day coastal drive to Pt Reyes up Bodega bay enjoying a lunch stop along the way on the ocean and then drive back through mtn and valleys back to Napa. Dinner on our own in Napa.
Thur (4/18) approx. 300 mi: We will leave Napa at 9am heading south on 101 across golden gate bridge down to Santa Maria. We will enjoy one night in Santa Maria and share stories over our hosted dinner this night.
Fri (4/19) approx. 250 mi: For those of you who want to cut the trip short to get back home, we will leave Santa Maria heading south to get home to Temecula.
Itinerary for the 8 day tour (Option B) on April 14, 2024 to April 21, 2024 (approx 2000 miles).
First 5 days itinerary is same as above with a few extra days and alterations starting April 18th as follows:
Thur (4/18) approx. 300 mi: We will leave Napa at 9am heading north on hwy 1 to Mendocino to the 101 through the redwoods to Eureka. We will enjoy two nights in Eureka to take on some fun drives.
Fri (4/19) approx. 250 mi: We will take on an adventurous and spirited 5 hr+ drive through Trinity National Forest then looping back to Eureka. We will have a lunch stop half way through our drive at Douglas City.
Sat (4/20) approx. 350 mi: We will leave Eureka heading south on 101 to hwy 20 Clear Lake and hwy 12 down to Manateca. We will spend one night in Manateca and enjoy a hosted farewell dinner with your fellow adventurers.
Sun (4/21) approx. 420 mi: We will leave Manateca around 9am to make the trek home to Temecula
Cost for option A (6 day tour) is $2400 per couple or $1800 for a single driver. This includes 6 day tour, 5 nights of lodging, 3 meals and 3 wine tastings.
Cost for option B (8 day tour) is $3300 per couple or $2600 for a single driver. This includes 8 day tour, 7 nights of lodging, 4 meals and 3 wine tastings.
