DRIVE AND DINE TO FIELD & MAIN
Join us for our annual Virginia Fall Drive, featuring a relaxed 90-minute drive through the winding roads and scenic byways of Loudoun county Virginia. Our destination is a quaint lunchtime annual fall favorite - Field & Main restaurant in Marshall, VA.
Field & Main provides hearth-inspired, locally sourced, farm-to-table cuisine in a comfortable and casual setting. We will be treated to a gourmet lunch featuring a diverse tasting and family style five course menu that will include seasonal fall dishes.
FIVE COURSE MENU:

II Seasonal Vegetable
III Shrimp & Grits with Anson Mills Grits, Tomato-Saffron Broth & Mirepoix
IV Grilled Beef Kabob with Cauliflower Puree, Sumac & Chimichurri
V Deep Dish Chocolate Brownie with Hazelnut Praline, Toasted Hazelnuts & Vanilla Ice Cream
A vegetarian menu will also be available, based on vegetables in season at the time. Please preorder during registration.
When: Saturday, October 10th.
Where: Rally Point near Sterling, VA. Detailed event info will be provided to confirmed participants approximately one week prior to the event.
Cost: $120 per person, which covers the full lunch at Field & Main inclusive of food, 1 non-alcoholic beverage, taxes, gratuities, and venue rental. Alcoholic drinks at Field & Main can be ordered and paid for on an individual basis at the restaurant. Space is limited to 50 guests.

Event requirements
APPLICATIONS/ACCEPTANCE
- This event is limited by destination capacity, so please register early if you want to join us. Due to the very high demand for our events this year, we are limiting registration to two persons per party so we can maximize the number of parties that can attend given the capacity.
- Upon registration, you will be “confirmed” for this event, unless the trip is full. If so, you'll be placed on the waitlist.
- You are responsible for updating your profile in motorsportreg.com (MSR) website to include your current contact information, valid credit card. and PCA membership number.
- Registrants who do not have a PCA membership number on file in MotorsportReg will not be ‘confirmed.’
- If you haven’t received any notification, check the MSR website for your status.
- PCA Potomac Drive & Dine rules will be followed for the safety of all participants. (Discussed at the drivers’ briefing).
- An electronic version of the Drive & Dine rules, maps, and directions will be emailed to the email on file with MSReg approximately one week prior to the event. You will be responsible for printing as needed.
PAYMENT
- PCA Potomac accepts only credit cards for payment. You are responsible for maintaining VALID CREDIT CARD INFORMATION in your profile.
- Payments will be via credit card. We will not run the payments immediately but will do so approximately 2 1/2 weeks before the event.
- Billing problems result in notification by email with limited time to resolve the issue due to the short billing period. If the issue is not resolved, we may cancel you from the event.
- Credit card and billing information uses secure connections and is protected by MotorSportReg.com. You are the only person who has access to your card number. We only see the last four digits for billing purposes.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
- If you must cancel please be courteous and cancel as soon as you can in order to allow others from the wait list to attend.
- Cancellation must be made no later than Sept 22, 2026 to get a full refund. If you cancel Sept 23rd or after, you will be issued a refund ONLY if we can fill your spot from someone on the waitlist.
- While the organizers provide designated Lead and Sweep vehicles to assist with group navigation, all participants bear the ultimate responsibility for their own transit and arrival at the destination. The organizers accept no liability for participants who become lost or separated from the group, and no refunds or financial compensation will be issued under these circumstances.
