Jointly hosted by the Rocky Mountain Region and Alpine Mountain Region Porsche Club of America
This event is for qualified RMR and AMR Instructors and Instructor Candidates only. In appreciation of your dedication to instructing our novice and not quite ready for solo drivers, this event is only $99. We hope you enjoy your day back to the track with your fellow instructors.
RMR/AMR will be providing plenty of water for this event.
The concession stand will be open and food available to purchase at the track.
Discounted rooms are available at the Hampton Inn (4970 Eagleridge Circle, Pueblo CO 81008) at $119/night. This rate is only available until April 15. Event requirements
Your driver's license will be checked at time of registration!
You need to have a Snell-certified SA2015 or M2015 or newer helmet. You will need to wear long pants or shorts (made of natural fibers) and an all-cotton short-sleeve or long-sleeve shirt and closed toe shoes while driving. Helmets will be checked at Pre-Tech or Tech at the Track. Your helmet will need an RMR/PCA sticker.
No convertibles or open cars without roll bars, trucks, or non-Porsche SUVs.
NEW PCA RULE: If you have added a racing-type seat in order to use 5-point, 6-point or 7-point harnesses (which must be replaced every two years or every five years depending on whether they are SFI certified or FIA certified belts, respectively), you must also have and use an approved Head and Neck Restraint device. Further, if there is to be a passenger (e.g. instructor), same must be provided and used by the right-seater.
Everyone registering for the Instructor Training School will be listed as ON HOLD, subject to CONFIRMATION BY THE CDIs.
There will not be organized pre-tech inspection sessions held prior to this event. You will need to make your own arrangements. Keep in mind that many of your fellow instructors are qualified to carry out a tech inspection and you might be able to have them inspect you car prior to the event.
