If you are a minor (under 18 years old) you will need to have one parent(s) or guardian(s) fill out a minors as observer's waiver form. The minors as observer's waiver form can be found at https://www.pca.org/resource/waiver-minors-observers These forms will also be available at registration, but one of the parents or guardians must be present to sign. At least one of the parents or guardians must attend the event. No exceptions.
The driver must be 18 or older.
