Rocky Mountain Region PCA 2022 Car Control Clinic -- Details
Location: Online via Zoom & the Colorado Air & Space Port
Zoom Classroom: Wednesday July 6, 2022 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Required! An alternate viewing will be available to those who absolutely cannot attend.)
Driving Exercises: Saturday July 9, 2022 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Cost: $50 for the full course – Zoom class & driving exercises
$5 for the Zoom class only

Advanced registration is required by Monday July 4th. We can't accept walk-up registrations on the day of the event.

9:30AM Arrive and on-site check-in
10:00AM Mandatory Drivers’ Meeting
10:15AM Drive to your assigned first exercise staging area
10:30AM Driving Exercise #1
11:30AM Driving Exercise #2
12:30PM Break for lunch (bring your own lunch!)
1:15PM Airbag explosion demonstration
1:30PM Driving Exercise #3
2:30PM Wrap-up meeting / discussion
3:00PM Course tear-down (volunteers encouraged!
All attendees are expected to either attend the Zoom classroom session on Wednesday evening July 6th, or if this is not possible, view the recording of that session. Please inform the event chair if you are unable to attend the live Zoom session and need to watch a replay.
DO NOT FOLLOW GOOGLE MAPS or other electronic directional aids to CASP, as these will all take you to the terminal on the wrong side of the runways!
- Take I-70 west from Denver
- Take the Manilla Road exit, Exit # 299
- Turn left (north) on Manilla Road and continue to the stop sign at Highway 36 (Colfax)
- Continue North on Manila Road across Highway 36 and over the railroad tracks.
- Make an immediate right hand turn in front of the Front Range airport sign and go through the gate.
- Follow the road east and then north to the CASP site.
Note that there is no place close to the CASP lot where you can go for lunch. So plan to bring your own lunch and non-alcoholic drinks if you want anything other than water.
